Stakeholder Management & Delivery

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and data specialists.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks clearly and effectively across all levels.
  • Support roadmap development, including prioritisation, dependency mapping, and resourcing.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities to ensure successful implementation.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within the Insurance industry (Policy, Claims, Regulatory, or Reinsurance data).
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations, including London Market processes and data flows.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise Data Management, Data Warehousing, Data Governance, or Data Quality initiatives.
