FDM is seeking a PowerApps Developer located in Jacksonvilke to support a project in the Financial Services sector. Involvement in this project is anticipated to last initially 12 month period but may be extended.

This role will be hybrid with requirements to be in office 3 days per week.

Role Overview
FDM is seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications that enhance operational efficiency, enable automation, and modernize internal workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on PowerApps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and integration with enterprise systems. This role partners closely with engineering, operations, and risk teams to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions in a highly regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy PowerApps solutions (Canvas and Model‑Driven) supporting global technology operations, service management, and workflow automation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows, connectors, and integrations with enterprise data sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, APIs, Azure services).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver high‑quality applications aligned with client standards.
  • Implement role-based access controls, data-loss prevention policies, logging, and audit capabilities in accordance with bank risk and compliance requirements.
  • Develop system documentation, architectural diagrams, and support materials for production deployment and ongoing application maintenance.
  • Optimize existing PowerApps applications by improving performance, data structure, UI/UX components, and automation logic.
  • Partner with engineering, InfoSec, and cloud teams on solution architecture, integration patterns, and platform governance.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide Level 2/3 support, and ensure stability, reliability, and compliance across GTI-managed applications.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional project initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using Microsoft PowerApps and the broader Power Platform.
  • Strong proficiency in Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Dataverse, and integration with enterprise data sources.
  • Experience using Power Automate, custom connectors, Azure Logic Apps, or REST API integrations.
  • Solid understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM), source control, DevOps pipelines, and solution deployment frameworks.
  • Knowledge of secure development practices, RBAC, environment strategies, and data governance within large enterprises.
  • Experience supporting or developing applications in a regulated or financial services environment (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with cross‑functional teams, business users, and technical partners.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Azure Functions, or broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem integrations.
  • Familiarity with ITSM workflows or technology infrastructure environments.
  • Ability to lead solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Agile delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks).
