About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Project Manager (Impact for Industry Programme) to work with our client within the Commercial Transformation / Revenue Growth space. This is a 6 month contract with the potential to extend and will be delivered on a hybrid basis, with on‑site time depending on programme needs, collaboration requirements and senior‑stakeholder engagement. Workplace expectations will be confirmed at the briefing stage.

Our client is delivering a business change programme aimed at strengthening commercial capability and supporting revenue growth across the organisation. The programme includes enhancements to ways of working, improvements to commercial processes and capability, and the implementation of a new CRM system. The Project Manager will take responsibility for key workstreams within the programme, ensuring delivery is well‑structured, coordinated and aligned across teams, and that progress is maintained at pace.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain clear project plans, milestones and delivery roadmaps across assigned workstreams
  • Coordinate activity across teams to maintain alignment, momentum and timely delivery
  • Track, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies across workstreams
  • Support programme governance through preparing reports, updates and materials for senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with the CRM delivery team and wider programme team to ensure integration of activities and alignment across change initiatives
  • Support the organisation through the transition to new processes, systems and ways of working

About You

  • Proven experience delivering complex projects within business change or transformation programmes
  • Experience working on CRM or technology‑enabled change projects is desirable
  • Strong planning, coordination and delivery management skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional delivery teams
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role within fast‑paced transformation environments
