About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Third Party Management Oversight Manager to work for our client within the Financial Services sector. This is a 5‑month contract with potential extension and will be a hybrid role based in Dublin.

Our client is seeking a specialist to support and strengthen their First Line of Defence Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function. The role focuses on enhancing governance, ensuring compliant outsourcing processes, and providing effective oversight of third‑party and intra‑group service arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and enhance SLAs, MSAs, KPIs, exit plans, governance documents, and risk assessments within 1st Line of Defence TPRM.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end outsourcing and insourcing processes in line with applicable EU regulatory requirements.
  • Act as Relationship Manager for centralised TPRM service delivery, monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to BaFin/MaRisk, ECB, EBA, DORA, and the client's outsourcing and TPRM requirements.
  • Analyse management information to identify risks and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to resolve operational issues and strengthen processes.
  • Support internal, external, and regulatory audits, ensuring timely delivery and remediation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of TPRM processes, documentation standards, and reporting.

About You

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in TPRM, operational risk, governance, or related functions within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing and third‑party regulatory requirements across the EU.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to produce clear reporting and risk analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder‑management skills across functions and jurisdictions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; German language skills advantageous but not required.
