About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Test Manager – Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) to work for our client within the Financial Services sector.

This is initially a 12‑month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in Dublin.

Our client is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end‑to‑end testing strategy and delivery across a large‑scale Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology programme. This role will focus on driving functional and non‑functional testing, automation adoption and governance across complex system integrations supporting regulatory and operational processes.

You will work closely with programme leadership, technology teams and third‑party vendors to ensure quality standards are embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle and that testing supports the successful implementation of a new CLM platform.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Define and implement the overall test strategy across the CLM programme
  • Lead end‑to‑end testing across Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression and Performance Testing
  • Drive the transition from manual testing to automation‑led quality practices
  • Establish quality gates, governance standards and audit‑ready documentation
  • Coordinate testing across system integrations, data platforms and downstream systems
  • Partner with Engineering, DevOps and Business teams to embed quality throughout delivery
  • Manage internal and third‑party testing resources and vendor deliverables
  • Track progress against delivery milestones and manage risks, issues and dependencies
  • Develop regression test packs to support post‑deployment BAU operations
  • Provide status reporting, QA KPIs and dashboards to senior stakeholders

About You

Requirements:
 
  • Proven experience in QA / Test Management within large‑scale technology programmes
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms such as Fenergo or other KYC / onboarding solutions
  • Experience supporting KYC / AML related processes
  • Experience leading integration testing across complex system landscapes
  • Familiarity with regulatory or audit‑driven environments (e.g. FCA, PRA, EBA, SOX, DORA)
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Xray
  • Experience working with enterprise tooling such as GitLab or Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of test data management and data quality processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in software testing / QA leadership roles
