About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking an Third Party Risk Management Outsourcing specialist to work for our client within the Financial Services sector. This is a 5‑month contract with potential extension and will be a hybrid role based in Dublin.

Our client is expanding its Third Party Management team due to organisational growth and evolving regulatory expectations. This role supports the Director of Third Party Management and provides oversight across a wide range of outsourced and third‑party services. It offers the opportunity to work in a highly visible, cross‑functional role with stakeholders across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Review new and existing SLAs, risk assessments, exit plans, and KPIs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate and manage stakeholder calls to progress actions, resolve issues, and support decision‑making.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure information is accurately stored for regulatory and internal requirements (e.g., outsourcing register, agreements, confirmations).
  • Provide and coordinate information requests from internal teams in partnership with the central oversight function.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with third‑party regulatory obligations, including completing updates and notifications where required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support effective delivery of TPRM activities and alignment with policy and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and track change requests, governance submissions, and reporting deliverables.
  • Analyse issues such as framework breaches, escalate to senior stakeholders, and support remediation.
  • Prepare and present materials for management forums and TPRM committee meetings.

About You

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Risk Management, Law, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) or outsourcing within financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of the financial services environment and associated regulatory landscape.
  • Experience engaging with cross‑functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build constructive relationships.
  • Confident working independently, problem‑solving, and driving improvements.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills advantageous but not required.
  • Experience in process‑driven environments, risk management, or compliance functions considered an advantage.
