About The Role

We are supporting a global financial services organisation in the search for a Trade Operations Analyst to join a high‑performing Margins-focused operations team. The role offers exposure to complex products and high‑value cash movements within a fast‑paced institutional environment.

  • Provide operational support across OTC derivatives and futures products
  • Liaise with internal teams including risk, trading, and wider operations
  • Investigate and resolve breaks, exceptions, and time‑critical issues
  • Ensure activities align with operational controls, procedures, and regulatory expectations
  • Operate effectively in a high‑volume, deadline-driven environment

About You

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Risk, or a related discipline
  • Exposure to risk, operations, or financial markets (academic or professional)
  • Basic understanding of derivatives, margining, or collateral concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm, accurate, and resilient under pressure
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach
