TPRM Assurance Project Manager- London

About The Role

FDM is seeking a TPRM Assurance Project Manager to work for a client within the insurance sector. This is a 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension, and will be a hybrid role based in London (2–3 days per week in the office).

The role will lead delivery of key workstreams within a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) regulatory programme, ensuring compliance with PRA, EBA and DORA requirements while embedding sustainable capabilities into BAU operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead delivery of multiple TPRM workstreams, ensuring alignment to programme objectives
Develop and manage delivery plans, tracking progress and re-planning where required
Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies (RAID)
Mobilise and coordinate SMEs across business and technology teams
Support RFP and vendor selection processes (in collaboration with procurement)
Ensure successful transition of solutions into BAU environments
Provide regular governance reporting and updates to stakeholders

About You

3+ years’ experience in Project Management within financial services (insurance preferred)
Strong experience delivering regulatory or transformation programmes
Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions
Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
Experience managing RAID, governance and reporting processes
Proactive, delivery-focused, and able to operate in fast-paced environments

Highly desirable:

Experience delivering TPRM or PRA SS2/21 related programmes
Experience working with procurement or vendor selection processes
