About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Senior Project Manager (CRM D365) to work for our client within the financial services sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with very good prospects to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in the UK (London preferred).

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of CRM (Dynamics 365) and CCaaS initiatives across multiple regions. You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions, while managing stakeholders, partners, and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities: 
 
  • Own end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and CCaaS initiatives from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful programme delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact across business stakeholders, vendors, Microsoft partners, and technical teams
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including developers, testers, and functional consultants
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, providing clear reporting and driving continuous improvement

About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering Dynamics 365 CRM and CCaaS solutions within regulated or financial services environments
  • Strong understanding of contact centre technologies and omnichannel customer journeys
  • Experience delivering complex change programmes across shared enterprise platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills within matrix organisations
  • Strong delivery leadership with the ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguity
  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in product management, CRM delivery, or large-scale transformation programmes
