  • Manage and coordinate SMEs, technical teams and third-party suppliers to ensure delivery against agreed objectives and timelines.
  • Oversee remediation activities relating to PII and other sensitive information held across the organisation's data estate.
  • Produce high-quality governance packs, status reports and steering committee materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders, ensuring risks, issues and actions are actively managed and resolved.
  • Work closely with technical delivery teams to ensure remediation activities are delivered in a controlled and auditable manner.
  • Support preparations for future information management and content migration initiatives.
  • Ensure programme milestones are achieved and governance, risk and compliance requirements are met.

About You

  • Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and drive actions through to completion.
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:

  • Financial Services or Insurance sector experience.
  • Experience delivering Data Governance, Information Governance or Records Management programmes.
  • Understanding of PII, data privacy, data retention and access control principles.
