About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Senior Project Manager to work for our client within the consumer healthcare sector. This is initially a 6 month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in London.

Our client is seeking a right-hand person to the Mythos task force lead, bringing structure, control and pace to a high-visibility cyber programme. The role coordinates delivery across 10 workstreams, drives vulnerability closure, and keeps the leadership narrative and reporting sharp. This is a fast-moving, evolving role for someone who is focused, proactive and credible with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate two daily stand-ups: one tracking vulnerability closure, one with the core team across the 10 workstreams (future model, sustainable operating model, AI tools, policies, workstream leads)
  • Coordinate delivery and dependencies across 10 D&T groups, keeping workstream leads aligned and moving
  • Own tracking of the high-level roadmap -  monitoring progress, revisiting and adjusting it
  • Build and maintain delivery plans (e.g. detailed 6-week project plans)
  • Prepare HET and LT decks and supporting materials, with a sharp focus on the story being told
  • Run and contribute to task force read-outs
  • Support and attend sessions with McKinsey and other stakeholders
  • Manage senior stakeholders, navigating competing priorities and personalities
  • Take work off the task force lead's plate so they can focus on leading

About You

  • Programme/delivery management or chief-of-staff experience in fast-paced, senior-stakeholder environments
  • Strong coordination and facilitation across multiple workstreams and dependencies
  • Excellent stakeholder management up to C-suite
  • Confident building plans, roadmaps and executive-quality decks
  • Calm, structured and credible under pressure and pace

Desirable

  • Cyber / security programme experience, particularly vulnerability management
  • Exposure to operating-model design, AI tooling and policy
  • Experience working alongside management consultancies
