  • Manage and oversee integrated programme plans, milestones, dependencies and critical path activities
  • Drive programme reporting, producing high-quality updates for programme boards, steering committees and executive stakeholders.
  • Own RAID management processes, ensuring risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies are effectively tracked, managed and escalated.
  • Support budget management and financial governance across a programme with spend of approximately £20M, including forecasting, tracking and change control.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across technology, business and third-party delivery teams.
  • Manage governance forums, programme reviews and decision-making processes.
  • Provide delivery assurance and challenge where required, ensuring programme standards and controls are consistently applied.
  • Work closely with systems integrators, software vendors and delivery partners to maintain programme visibility and accountability.
  • Support resource planning, capacity management and programme mobilisation activities.

  • Strong understanding of programme lifecycle methodologies and enterprise delivery practices
  • Exceptional organisational, analytical and communication skills
Desirable:
