About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a PMO/TMO Analyst to work for our client within the Financial Services sector. This is initially a 6-12- month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in London (1x position) and Edinburgh (1x position). 

Our client is building a modern AI-enabled Transformation Management Office to support a global technology and AI transformation programme.

We are looking for PMO or TMO Analysts who can move beyond traditional administration and reporting. Successful candidates will be able to analyse complex programme data, generate meaningful insights and help senior stakeholders make informed decisions.

This role will suit individuals who enjoy working in technology-driven environments and have an interest in AI, automation and modern transformation practices.

 
Responsibilities
 
  • Analyse programme, portfolio and operational delivery data to draw insights, identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Produce dashboards, management information and performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Support governance, planning, financial tracking and programme controls activities.
  • Monitor and report on risks, issues, dependencies and delivery milestones.
  • Generate actionable insights that support decision making across transformation initiatives.
  • Help develop automated reporting and AI-enabled PMO processes.
  • Contribute to establishing a data-driven transformation office.

About You

  • Experience as a PMO Analyst, Transformation Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience in Technology Delivery, digital transformation initiatives or change portfolios.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience creating meaningful reporting, dashboards or management information for stakeholders.
  • Strong EQ, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of PMO, programme governance and portfolio management principles.
  • Agile mindset.
  • Interest in AI, agents and new ways of working.
