About The Role

This position requires the successful candidate to work on a W2 directly with FDM. We cannot accept C2C, 1099 or employment sponsorship (e.g. H1-B) for this position.

FDM is seeking a Technical Client Services Specialist located in Tampa,FL  to support a project in the Financial Services sector. Involvement in this project is anticipated to last initially 12 months, but may be extended.

This role will be hybrid with requirements to be in office 3 days per week.

About You

We are seeking a Technical Client Services Specialist to support client onboarding, connectivity, and data delivery operations. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring successful implementation of network connectivity solutions, timely resolution of client inquiries, and delivery of an exceptional client experience throughout the client lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, validate, and document client requirements related to connectivity and data delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal technology and operations teams to establish and maintain client network connections.
  • Configure connectivity, authentication, and data delivery settings according to established procedures.
  • Support new client implementations, onboarding activities, and lifecycle changes.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and data delivery issues, engaging appropriate internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Manage client inquiries and service requests through case management tools.
  • Monitor open issues and ensure timely resolution in accordance with service level expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide status updates and manage expectations.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data is delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client configurations, implementations, and support activities.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in client services, technical support, implementation, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with external clients and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with case management or ticketing systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting network connectivity, file transfer, or systems integration processes.
  • Familiarity with authentication and security concepts.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management platforms.
  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, data operations, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Knowledge of data transfer protocols and secure file transmission methods.
