You will also help improve our analysis processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirements discovery and definition from stakeholder workshops to user stories, including what the AI agents and automations, need to extract, rules and guardrails that follow our internal processes
  • Use AI tools, agents and prompts in your day-to-day work, and write clear requirements and instructions and be able to evaluate and improve output.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Test, Engineering and Business Stakeholders to translate complex business and system processes into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Spot processes that can be automated or handed to AI, and judge whether it's feasible and worth doing
  • Use systems thinking and root-cause analysis to break down processes or trouble shoot problems
  • Work closely with the QA and UAT teams to support testing of new solutions, including using AI to test faster, build evaluations or improve AI automations accuracy.
  • Document business rules, data mappings and decisions so the team can pick them up easily, in short cycles, using AI tooling.

  • Clear understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies
  • Able to clearly translate business needs into requirements and explain complex concepts in plain language
  • Hands-on experience writing prompts, evals and instructions for AI tools with a clear understanding of limitations and guardrails needed to prevent hallucinations or drift.
  • Basic skills evaluating AI output, and experience building agents and automations in Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Claude or similar tools.
  • Comfortable partnering with architects, developers and testers to shape requirements that are technically sound and feasible
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and understanding of AI output across a variety of scenarios and use cases.
  • Deep knowledge of analysis frameworks, and experience documenting large business domains, business rules and user journeys as well as system behaviours.
  • Attention to detail and process/analytic mindset
  • Ability to structure and break down problems, develop solutions, and to drive to results
  • Process Management knowledge with a focus on detail and clarity of outputs
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated industry preferred, and document or data extraction work a plus
