About The Role

Launch your career in tech – no coding needed. Think tech isn’t for you? Think again.
If you love solving problems, spotting patterns, or making sense of data, you already have what it takes.

You could be shaping the user experience of a banking app, turning customer feedback into real features or building a dashboard that helps teams understand why customers leave and how to keep them.

Why Join FDM’s Graduate Program?

  •  Up to 12 weeks of hands-on training in our Skills Lab with expert coaches

  •  Learn practical skills such as SQL, Excel, ETL, BI tools, Python and using AI to enhance workplace productivity

  •  Explore project positions such as Data Analyst, Risk Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst

  •  Work with ASX-listed clients across Finance, Insurance, Health and more including Australia’s big 4 banks

  •  Girl power: Join a program that supports women, with coaching, mentorship, and a community that supports and empowers you every step of the ways

  •  Make an impact: Work on projects that matter from day one, whether it’s facilitating organisational change or analysing project impact
