Start at the centre of every business transformation
Every project that gets delivered, every process that gets improved, every business change that actually sticks has someone driving it behind the scenes. That could be you.
Business analysis and project management is where structure meets impact. You'll learn how to translate business needs into technical requirements, document the workflows that keep teams aligned, and help large-scale projects move from plan to delivery.
At FDM, up to 12 weeks of full-time training in our Skills Lab sets you up for a client project with one of Hong Kong's leading organisations. Our clients sit across multiple industries, you might be analysing business needs, gathering requirements, documenting workflows, testing new systems, or supporting large-scale digital transformation projects that shape how organisations operate.
Start dates: rolling intake. Apply now.
Your first 12 weeks
Training starts in FDM's Skills Lab. You'll work hands-on with Excel, SQL, BI tools, agile delivery, project planning and execution, and AI integrations.
You'll see how modern business analysis and project teams actually run: how requirements get captured, how workflows get documented, how projects get planned, tracked, and delivered, and how change lands in a business. You'll build AI fluency along the way, because knowing how to work alongside AI is part of the job now.
By the time you start on your first client project, you'll have the skills employers ask for, and the confidence to put them to work.
After training
We match you to a client opportunity that fits your strengths, your interests, and where you want your career to head. You'll join their team, contribute to live work, and keep learning on the job.
Roles you could move into include:
- Business Analyst. Analyse business needs, gather requirements, and identify process improvements. Bridge the gap between business teams and technology to help shape solutions that work.
- Project Support Analyst. Keep projects moving. Coordinate schedules, track progress, manage documentation, and help project managers deliver on time.
Where it leads: as you build experience on client projects, the path opens up into more senior roles across business analysis, project management, change management, and business process improvement.
"I'm helping the businesses teams turn complex rules and messy processes into clearer stories, smoother ceremonies, and better decisions"—Anumol Shanmughan, Business Analyst at a global insurance company
