Reporting to the Head of Graduate Talent and working as part of the APAC Graduate Recruitment team, the key responsibilities of this role are graduate recruitment, facilitating internal assessment days, building and maintaining relationships with allocated universities, attending career fairs and running internal events.
This role operates in a high pressure, high volume, target based environment, therefore the ideal role incumbent needs to be extremely organised, task orientated, self motivated, resilient, focused, able to work independently and as part of the team and, of critical importance, effectively communicate with all levels of seniority both within and outside of the business.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Review and assess incoming applications
- Respond to incoming applicant enquiries
- Conduct telephone screens
- Conduct video interviews with candidates
- Arrange assessment days in-person with candidates
- Client-focused and target driven
- Attend university events within Hong Kong
- Coordinate engagement events with Consultants joining FDM
