Once you have completed our recruitment process, you will become a member of the FDM Graduate Programme which provides comprehensive preparation and support through a new role. This includes an intensive several-week education followed by on-the-job experience on the client's side, under the guidance of mentors and experts.
By joining the FDM Programme, you will learn core and specialised capabilities within the Change & Transformation Practice. FDM's Skills Lab will equip you with knowledge and skills in a broader area of expertise, providing numerous future career opportunities and significant flexibility in the job market.
After completing the education programme, you will have the opportunity to immediately gain experience by joining a cross-functional team and applying your competencies in practice by fulfilling internal FDM initiatives as well as external client projects.
Your responsibilities as an FDM Consultant will encompass analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing data-driven insights. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and support decision-making in financial operations.
