Once you have completed our recruitment process, you will become a member of the FDM Graduate Programe which provides comprehensive preparation and support through a new role. This includes an intensive several-week education followed by on-the-job experience on the client's side, under the guidance of mentors and experts.

By joining the FDM Programme, you will learn core and specialised capabilities within the Software Engineering Practice. FDM's Skills Lab will equip you with knowledge and skills in a broader field of practice, providing you with numerous future career opportunities and significant flexibility in the job market.

After completing the education program, you will have the opportunity to immediately gain experience and apply your competencies in practice by joining internal FDM initiatives as well as external client projects.

Your responsibilities as an FDM Consultant will encompass designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications, required for mission-critical systems. You will contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code, and ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications. 

About You

What we expect:

  • You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree.
  • You possess English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • You are ready for full-time employment for 18 months.
  • You are currently located in Poland and have permission to work here.
  • You are open to various projects within the Software Engineering Practice.
