The Role
FDM is looking for a Team Lead help manage the Skills Lab in Hong Kong. The role will predominantly involve overseeing all coaching in Hong Kong, ensuring a smooth running of the Skills Lab. The Team lead will also be responsible for meeting with sales to understand training needs. The new hire will be interfacing with the Sales and Recruitment teams in the region and will be responsible for Strategy of the Skills Lab and overseeing internal projects. Ideally the Team Lead should also be able to function as a coach.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the coaching schedule
- Meeting clients to understand training requirements
- Providing coaching and support to trainees and trainers
- Responsible for strategy and internal projects
- Hire new coaches when required
- Organize upskilling and coaching for coaches
- Coaching in business or training sprints effectively and to a high standard
- Assist with recruitment for consultants
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
