About The Role

If you are a graduate looking to begin your career in financial compliance and risk, this is an excellent opportunity to join the FDM Graduate Programme as a Junior KYC Analyst. No prior AML or KYC experience is required — FDM's Skills Lab will equip you with a broader set of knowledge and skills, opening numerous career opportunities and providing flexibility in the job market.

Upon successful completion of the recruitment process, you will join the Risk, Regulation & Compliance Practice, where you will receive comprehensive training and support as you transition into your new role. This includes continuous upskilling and hands-on experience, under the guidance of mentors and coaches. After completing your training, you will be deployed to work on-site with one of our clients, a leading financial services group, applying your acquired skills in a real-world environment.

In your future role, you will analyse transaction monitoring alerts and KYC customer profiles to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities include gathering and consolidating data from internal systems, assessing materials to determine whether cases should be closed or escalated, and documenting clear summaries and conclusions based on your findings. Additionally, you will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to accurately complete documentation using tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and other internal platforms.
