  • Supporting the Head of Technology with the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for cloud architecture and processes.
  • Responding promptly to urgent technical incidents, including providing out-of-hours support as needed.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Preparing for and contributing to cybersecurity audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and practices.

About You

  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience preparing for audits.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during incident response.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to project management.
  • Willingness to be on-call and respond to emergency situations as required.
