What you’ll do
- Design and deliver structured, hands-on training in the FDM Skills Lab that reflects real client environments
- Create practical projects aligned to industry demand and learning outcomes
- Mentor consultants within pod teams, guiding problem-solving, growth and project readiness
- Provide clear, tailored feedback to build confidence and technical capability
- Assess performance through practical evaluations, interviews and observation, documenting outcomes and progress
- Support recruitment by assessing candidate aptitude and conducting mock interviews
- Prepare consultants for client assignments, including resume readiness and professional presentation
- Partner with Sales as a technical SME, contributing to client discussions and proposals
- Contribute to curriculum development and maintain a high-performance, accountable learning culture
