About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy delivering client and industry driven solutions through our 5 core specialist Practices; Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, IT Operations, Change & Transformation, and Risk, Regulation & Compliance.

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our North America recruitment team. This entry-level position plays a critical role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage data, and assist with recruitment events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage online interview assessment days, ensuring smooth logistics and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and produce regular recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing university recruitment events, including liaising with institutions and managing event logistics.
  • Administrative Support: Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks, including processing invoices and payments for events and vendors.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide timely communication and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Recruiting: Recruit and engage entry-level IT talent for FDM’s operations by managing the full candidate lifecycle, including sourcing, phone screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining ATS accuracy, participating in networking events and career fairs, and securing offer acceptances for the Career Program.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition or sales
