People Team Employee Experience Coordinator

This role is for an immediate opening on FDM's Internal Team and serves as a key point of contact for FDM consultants, ensuring they feel supported and engaged throughout their assignments. As part of the People Team and reporting to the People Operations and Experience Manager, you will play a key role in creating a positive consultant experience. You will build strong relationships through regular communication, mentorship, and onsite visits, while partnering with the People Team and Sales to address any challenges. The position also involves organizing engagement initiatives, supporting wellness and social events.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for all consultant queries and helping to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Regularly reaching out to consultants via phone, email communication and in-person meetings at pre-determined touchpoints
• Work with the wider People Team to identify and resolve employee issues that may arise  
• Regularly provide support, guidance, and mentorship to consultants
• Coordinate action and feedback plans with Sales to ensure consultants are supported on assignment
• Support and engage FDM’s network of Consultant Peer Support (CPS)
• Coordinate and support local employee engagement initiatives including wellness, social and team building events
• Perform a wide range of general office duties including those of a confidential nature

• Relevant HR or customer service experience
• Proven ability to establish, build, and maintain strong relationships across the business
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Effective organization skills with ability to prioritize
• Methodical, analytical and process driven
