• Collaborating with engineers, analysts, and QA in agile teams 
• Learning how large-scale systems work in the real world 

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 
• Curious, motivated, and keen to learn 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 
• Must have the right to work in New Zealand 
• Willingness to work on client site in Auckland or Wellington 
• Comfortable working in the office 3–5 days per week, depending on the client
