  • Support data migration activities, including profiling, quality assessment, reconciliation and validation.
  • Develop clear and accurate reports, dashboards and visualisations to communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements across business, change and technical teams.
  • Identify data issues, gaps, risks and dependencies, proposing solutions and mitigations where needed.
  • Support the design and reporting of KPIs, data quality metrics, and governance dashboards.
  • Assist in shaping the future data landscape through analysis of current vs. target data models and processes.
  • Ensure all analysis and documentation is traceable, consistent and aligned to programme standards.

About You

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data quality assessment and data profiling.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel and one or more data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to translate data findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in transformation, migration or change environments is advantageous.
  • Understanding of data governance, data modelling or ETL processes is beneficial.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive self‑starter with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
