The programme involves transitioning critical operations, data, people, and technology into a new strategic environment. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling data‑driven insights that support operational change, data migration readiness, systems transition, and process optimisation across multiple workstreams.
You will work closely with business, change, and technology teams to analyse datasets, improve data quality, and produce insights that help guide strategic and operational decision‑making throughout the transformation.
Responsibilities:
Analyse complex datasets to uncover insights that support programme decision‑making and operational improvements.
Support data migration activities, including profiling, quality assessment, reconciliation and validation.
Develop clear and accurate reports, dashboards and visualisations to communicate findings.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements across business, change and technical teams.
Identify data issues, gaps, risks and dependencies, proposing solutions and mitigations where needed.
Support the design and reporting of KPIs, data quality metrics, and governance dashboards.
Assist in shaping the future data landscape through analysis of current vs. target data models and processes.
Ensure all analysis and documentation is traceable, consistent and aligned to programme standards.
About You
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data quality assessment and data profiling.
Proficient in SQL, Excel and one or more data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Ability to translate data findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
Strong communication skills, comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience working in transformation, migration or change environments is advantageous.
Understanding of data governance, data modelling or ETL processes is beneficial.
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
A proactive self‑starter with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
