Technology & Strategy

  • Deliver security operations technology roadmaps aligned with the wider Cybersecurity strategy.
  • Propose improvements to policies, procedures and configurations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to overall security strategy, ensuring design, build, and run considerations are incorporated.
  • Consult with IT and support teams on security requirements for evaluating, selecting, installing, and configuring new technologies.

Governance & Reporting

  • Work closely with the Head of IT Security and support security governance working groups.
  • Report on implementation of technical controls and performance against Cybersecurity operational metrics.
  • Engage with our MSSP, holding them to account on SLAs, performance and service quality.
  • Manage Security Service Requests and tickets, including reporting, RCA, proactive problem avoidance and knowledge management.
  • Ensure audit trails, logs and monitoring data are reviewed in line with policies and audit requirements.
