Our client is looking for an experienced Jira Administrator to manage, configure and optimise their Jira Cloud platform as part of their wider SDLC tooling. • Provide user onboarding, training, documentation, troubleshooting support, and assist with audit and compliance requirements.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Jira Administrator supporting enterprise‑scale Agile/SDLC environments.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise with Jira Cloud Administration, including workflow design, automation, permissions, and integrations.
  • Experience integrating Jira with ServiceNow and exposure to test management solutions such as Xray (or similar tools).
