About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Project Manager to work for our client within the Banking sector. This is initially a 6 month contract with the potential to extend and will be a Hybrid role that will be based in London. 

Our client is seeking x2 VP's (5-10yrs experience) and x2 AVPS for Markets Cost of Income Operations Remediation- non tech resourcing. The programme relates to the provision of data analysis and testing, process documentation, process reengineering, controls documentation and implementation, and management information design and implementation. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 
  • Documentation of existing accrual and cost allocation methodologies.
  • Analysis of data relating to current accrual and cost allocation methods, identifying opportunities for more data‑led accounting.
  • Contribute to, and where appropriate lead, the design, requirements gathering, and implementation of enhanced Cost of Income management reporting.
  • Support the establishment, and ongoing improvement, of a single invoice inventory, including associated controls and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures, controls, and supporting documentation covering accruals, cost allocations, and management reporting.
  • Undertake data analysis to bring together cost and cost‑driver data to produce meaningful business insights.
