About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Resource Management Analyst to work for our client within the Financial Services sector. This is initially a 6‑month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid, office‑based role that will be based in Cheshire.

Responsibilities
  • Support end‑to‑end onboarding processes, including access requests, approvals, and coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate resource and workforce data, ensuring records are up to date and audit‑ready
  • Track and process manual approvals relating to resourcing, assignments, and system access
  • Liaise with hiring managers, HR, and programme teams to coordinate onboarding activities
  • Assist with reporting and administration related to headcount, utilisation, and resourcing metrics
  • Ensure processes are followed in line with governance, risk, and compliance requirements

About You

Requirements
  •  2+ years' experience in resource management, workforce administration, HR operations, or PMO support
  • Comfortable working with manual processes and high levels of administrative accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures
  • Confident communicator, able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams); any exposure to ServiceNow or similar tools is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a regulated financial services environment
