About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Product Manager to work for our client within the waste management and environmental services sector. This is initially a 6–12 month contract with very good prospects to extend and will be a primarily home-based role with occasional ad hoc travel to the office in Buckinghamshire as required.

Our client, is seeking an experienced Microsoft D365 product management leader to drive the strategic direction, delivery, and optimisation of their Dynamics 365 platform. This is a key role focused on aligning business needs with technology capability, leading product development, and ensuring maximum value from the D365 ecosystem across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the business
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and business value outcomes
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, including enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure successful solution design and implementation
  • Drive adoption, performance optimisation, and user engagement across D365 platforms

About You

  • Strong experience working as a Product Manager / Product Owner within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments (e.g. CRM, CE, Finance & Operations)
  • Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement at senior level and translate business requirements into product delivery
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and releases
  • Strong understanding of D365 architecture, integrations, and associated Microsoft technologies (e.g. Power Platform, Azure)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills in complex environments
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in product management within enterprise systems (assumption aligned to seniority level)
