FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Senior Cyber & Security Delivery Lead to work for our client within the Healthcare sector. This is initially a 6 month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in London.
Our client is seeking a Cyber & Security Delivery Lead to lead delivery across cybersecurity transformation, security platforms, resilience, compliance and risk reduction initiatives. The role partners closely with the CISO, Cyber Leadership Team, Enterprise Delivery, PMO, Architecture, Infrastructure and Product teams to ensure successful execution of the Cyber portfolio.

Deliver a secure, resilient and compliant digital environment that protects the client's people, data and technology assets while enabling business growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and operate governance structures for Cyber programmes.
- Ensure delivery control across projects and programmes.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
- Integrate Cyber plans into the enterprise D&T plan.
- Deliver cyber security outcomes and measurable risk reduction.
- Lead PMs, Agile teams and supplier performance.
- Engage stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Manage investment planning, budgets and prioritisation.
- Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
Technology Domain Accountability in partnership with Cyber and Data Lead as applicable:
Cyber Defence & SOC, Identity & Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Security Engineering, Governance Risk & Compliance, Data Protection & Privacy, Application Security, Business Continuity and Cyber Resilience.
