About The Role

FDM is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot Project Manager to support a major insurance client on an enterprise-wide AI and productivity transformation programme.

This is an initial 3-month engagement on a part-time basis, with the expectation of a further 6-month extension through June 2026 and is a hybrid role based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up the programme, establishing governance, defining scope, creating the delivery roadmap, securing resources, and leading stakeholder engagement across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and mobilise a Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation programme
  • Define project scope, objectives, governance and success measures
  • Develop delivery plans, timelines, resource requirements and rollout schedules
  • Coordinate business, technology and operational stakeholders
  • Manage risks, dependencies and programme communications
  • Support adoption and change management activities across multiple business functions
  • Drive delivery of a large-scale Copilot rollout within a complex enterprise environment 

About You

  • 10+ years' Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology programmes
  • Proven experience leading Microsoft 365, Copilot, Modern Workplace or Digital Transformation initiatives
  • Strong experience establishing programmes from inception through delivery
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior business leaders
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint and related services
  • Experience within insurance or financial services environments is highly desirable
  • Relevant project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent) preferred
