About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work for our client within the Finance sector. This is initially a 6 month contract with potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in London.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the organisation is prepared for the adoption of the new solution, driving business readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, training, and implementation support.

This role requires a BA who can bridge the gap between business and technology teams while helping users successfully transition to new processes, controls and ways of working.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end implementation of a TPRM or similar enterprise software solution.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to gather, document and validate business requirements.
  • Conduct process analysis and identify impacts across business functions.
  • Lead business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of the new platform.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
  • Create training materials, user guides and support documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions and user adoption activities.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triage and go-live readiness activities.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, project teams and technology teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting software implementation projects.
  • Strong experience delivering business readiness and change adoption activities.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training programmes, workshops and user guidance materials.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and impact assessments.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting UAT and business acceptance activities.
Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience implementing Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Vendor Management or Procurement-related solutions.
  • Experience working within regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of operational risk, supplier risk or compliance processes.
  • Exposure to formal change management methodologies.
Ideal Candidate:

  • A senior, hands-on Business Analyst who can work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong focus on business adoption rather than purely technical delivery.
  • Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experienced in translating project objectives into practical business outcomes.
  • Able to quickly establish credibility and drive user readiness for successful implementation.
